Start a day by visiting Ho Chi Minh Complex, an important place of pilgrimage. A traffic-free area of botanical gardens, monuments, memorials and pagodas, it’s usually crowded with groups of all ages, from all over the nation, who has come to pay their respects. Within the complex you can visit Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum (outside visiting as it’s closed on every Monday & Friday), Ba Dinh Square, the Presidential Palace, Ho Chi Minh’s Stilt House and the Ho Chi Minh Museum. Closed by, the famous One Pillar Pagoda which is built of wood on a single stone pillar 1.25 m in diameter. It is designed to resemble a lotus blossom, which is a Buddhist symbol of purity, since a lotus blossoms in a muddy pond.
Take a visit to West Lake and Tran Quoc pagoda, the oldest pagoda in the city, originally constructed in the sixth century during the reign of Emperor Ly Nam De, thus giving it an age of 1,400 years.
After that, continue to visit the Temple of Literature (Vietnamese name is Quoc Tu Giam) – The Vietnam’s first University, which was built in 1070 in honor of Confucius, his followers and Chu Van An, a moral figure in Vietnamese education.
Our next stop is at visit Vietnam Museum of Ethnology (it’s closed on Monday therefore Vietnam Military Museum or Vietnam Women Museum are advised for instead). Almost no foreign tourists to Hanoi refuse to visit the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, where they can look into a vivid picture of the miniaturized Vietnamese ethnic community’s life.
Continue to visit the Hilton Jail or Hoa Lo prison, a prison used by the French colonists in Vietnam for political prisoners, and later by North Vietnam for prisoners of war during the Vietnam War when it was sarcastically known to American prisoners of war as the “Hanoi Hilton”.

On arrival, visit Trang An Grottoes to take boat trip for 2.5 hours to visit cave complex: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, Nau Ruou in mystery and wildness, see scenery of mountain and rivers where UNESSCO recognize as the world nature heritage in 2015, and local people called friendly name “Halong bay in Land” in Ninh Binh and where made famous movie name Skull Island (King Kong II).
Next, visit Hoa Lu temple– The ancient capital of Vietnam in the 10th and 11th centuries. Enjoying the 11th & 17th century architecture style, old sculpture – carving on wood & stone depicting the daily lives, dreams and wishes for peace, good life, etc.
After the boat trip, drive back to Hanoi, arrive Hanoi around 18:00, drop & finish trip at your hotel.

This morning, take 6-hour drive to Sapa.
On arrival, visit Cat Cat Village remaining unique customs and practices that are lots in other villages. Visitors to Cat Cat have an opportunity to admire a lively and colorful picture. That is the image of young women sitting by looms with colorful pieces of brocade decorated with designs of flowers and birds. When these pieces of brocade are finished, they are dyed and embroidered with beautiful designs. A noteworthy is that H’Mong women use plants and leaves to dye these brocade fabrics. And then they roll around and smooth section of wood covered with wax on fabrics to polish them, making their colors durable. In addition to the brocade weaving craft, many residents in Cat Cat are good at manipulating gold and silver jewelry. Their products are fairly sophisticated, especially jewelry for women.

Travel on road down the valley from Sapa about 07 kilometers to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai. It is a nice ride in itself with great views of the lush terraces. In this village which you will have a welcome feeling at any house of the hospitable people there. You can interact them, learn about their culture and customs. From there, you will just follow the valley for a few miles to the next town of Ta Van. Along the way, you will walk through terraced rice fields and among some picturesque villages, and experience a bit of rural life. Ta Van is a village of Giay people, who look more like the traditional Viet living the Red delta. As you walk through different hill tribe villages (Hmong and Dao people), it’s helpful to have a guide to explain customs or practices to you and perhaps translate. You’re sure to see other tourists on the trail (which puts many people off), but this is a good example of the many great treks in the area.

Fanxipan Mount (About 2 hour’s trip)

You will be transferred to the Sapa Cable Station for very amazing trip to Indochina’s Rooftop – Mount Fanxipan by cable car. This is particularly interesting in these northern mountains of the country, where travelers seek the rice terraces and traditional arts of a minority peoples. Cultivating the land to an altitude of around 2,200 meters are the ethnic minorities the lowland Vietnamese generically call ‘Meo’ – savages – and above them looms the bulk of Hua Xi Pan: “giant protruding rock”. You can challenge yourself when hiking 600 stone stairs more to reach the rocky peak of The Roof of Indochina. Below you spread the foothills of the Himalayas, blanketed with rainforest and the first tendrils of fog.

You will be transferred to visit Silver Waterfall, formed by sources of water from the Lo Sui Tong Mountain peak and about 12km from Sapa town’s centre. With a height of 100 meter, it is a big one and the loop track is steep and scenic. From the distance, the waterfall looks like a white dragon looking down from the sky. You can reach the Silver Waterfall by car in half an hour. From there you can see stunning view of the surrounding mountains and the last forests belonging to Hoang Lien Son National Park. Continue to Heaven Gate (Tram Ton Pass): You will then drive further to Heaven Gate, the highest peak of roads in Vietnam. From there you can see Fansipan, the highest peak of Indochina mountains as well as enjoy stunning views of Binh Lu valley. Aside from magnificent views, you can feel a bizarre thing in how dramatically the climate changes. Back to hotel.

Arrive Ha Long around noon, we will board our private junk and begin the cruise in the bay. Located in the Gulf of Tonkin, Ha Long Bay is one of the world’s outstanding natural wonders, resembling a geographic work of art with thousands of limestone islets soaring dramatically from the clear emerald waters. This densely concentrated zone of karts islands, world famous for its spectacular scenery of grottoes and caves, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. On this tour, witness the tranquil beauty and breathtaking scenery from the decks of a traditional junk, complete with bat-winged sails. Gliding through the gin-clear waters of the bay, absorb one of the most magnificent natural splendors of the Far East. See tiny islands dotted with rock arches, sheer cliffs, innumerable white sand beaches and peaceful coves. Like sculpted cartoon characters, these limestone islands have fanciful names: Fighting Chickens (the symbol of Halong Bay)
A fresh seafood lunch will be served on board before stop for the two of most beautiful caves named Sung Sot (Heaven Palace Grotto) and Ti Top (TiTop beach). Climbing steep stairs to explore huge chambers adorned with stalactites and stalagmites of all kinds. Continue to enjoy this relaxing cruise through the fairyland-like landscape. In the late afternoon, we head back to Tuan Chau harbor and our waiting vehicle will transfer us back to Hanoi.

Afternoon, coming to Ancient Town, spending the left of afternoon for a walking tour around this enchanting port town of Hoi an, follow the narrow lanes lined with centuries-old houses influenced by Chinese, Japanese, French and European architectures and visit its numerous places of interest: the 400-year old Japanese Covered Bridge, the Phuc Kien Assembly Halls, the Tan Ky old house, the local market …
Japanese Covered Bridge dated back to the 18th century and is a beautiful historical piece of Japanese architecture. It is claimed that it was created by the Japanese then living in Hoi An as a way to reach the Chinese quarter across the water. The bridge also features the sculptures of two dogs and two monkeys representing the Chinese years in which many Japanese Emperors were born along with the fact that the building of the bridge began in the year of the dog and was completed in the year of the monkey.
Phuc Kien Assembly Halls was built around 1690 and functions as a traditional assembly hall for the Chinese ethnic group from Fujian, China to socialize, but later was transformed into a temple dedicated to their deity named Thien Hau – the goddess of sea who protects sailors from danger.
Fujian Assembly Hall bears all the fundamental features in structure of a Chinese Assembly Hall.
Tan Ky old house is an almost perfect example of a 18th merchant’s residence in this major commercial port town.

Start our trip to Ba Na Hills, a hill station and resort located in the Truong Son Mountain west of the city of Danang. The station, advertised as “the Dalat of Danang province” by local tourism authorities, was founded in 1919 by French colonists. A trip on cable car will offer you a chance to admire the panorama of Ba Na Hills, spring stream, Danang city and Danang coast from your cabin at the height of 1,487 meters above sea level.
During your time on the mountain, enjoy a visit to:
Fantasy Park: the amusement park reserves countless funs and surprises, which of course involve well-tailored games to keep little kids occupied and delighted all day long.
The Le Jardin with the relics of the French, such as the force of the French horse, nearly 100-year-old grapefruit trees and traces of ancient villas. Especially Debay cellar, wine cellar was built by the French in 1923, spent nearly a century, they still retain cellar wild, mysterious, is the work of the French single remaining fairly intact Ba Na.
Linh Ung Pagoda, located on the peak of Ba Na Mountain at the height of 1.400 meters, was officially inaugurated on the 5th of March, 2004. You can also feel your interests with a lot of pretty villas, newly built hotels, and bungalows here. Each one has its own flower garden with many types of aristocratic flower that Frenchmen left during the 50 past years.
Keep taking nice walk to Golden Bridge. Winding its way around a 150-meter course lined with flowers, a golden bridge shimmers against the Ba Na Hills, supported by a pair of giant hands.
The bridge sits 1,400 meters above sea level, an altitude which creates the illusion of a silk strip hiding in the clouds above Da Nang.
Take cable down.
Then transfer to Hoi An. Colored lanterns are a symbol of Hoi An, where locals believe they bring happiness, luck, and wealth. Bring home a souvenir with a difference, a lantern that you made yourself, after this fascinating class. Choose from a wealth of different silks then work with your instructor to craft a bamboo frame and create your lantern, which will fold away neatly into your luggage.

8:00: The scooter drivers will pick you up from the hotel and we will start with a safe ride to the motorcycle trip to the villages around Hoi An, the tour will start at the Thanh Ha pottery village, which is more than 500 years old, where you will see the residents who still preserve the method of making pottery by hand from their ancestors and you can learn how you can make a vessel. Your own pottery and maybe also buy a souvenir to take home.

We will continue and go to visit a home factory of noodles (rice noodles) and rice paper. Here you can learn how to make rice paper or noodles and maybe even taste it.

An easy drive will bring us to the Kim Bong carpentry village. We will visit home factories for wood carving. Here we can see how carpenters carve wood and how wooden ships are built.

We continue driving through rural and peaceful landscapes along the river enjoying the view until our next stop a home factory for the production of sleeping mats, local traditional handicrafts.

After the tour, we will go to a light meal at a vegetarian Vietnamese restaurant.

Enjoy the sightseeing to Reunification Palace formerly known as Independence Palace, built on the site of the former Norodom Palace, a landmark in Hochiminh City
Continue to visit City Hall, Ho Chi Minh Monument and Central Post Office which was constructed when Vietnam was part of French Indochina in the early 20th century. It has a neoclassical architectural style. It was designed and constructed by the famous architect Gustave Eiffel in harmony with the surrounding area. Today, the building is a tourist attraction.
Right nearby, you can see Notre Dame Cathedral, a magnificent building located in the heart of the city and was established by French colonists. This cathedral was constructed between 1863 and 1880. It has two bell towers, reaching a height of 58 meters (190 feet).

In the morning, we leave Ho Chi Minh behind and head to Vietnam’s rice basket of Mekong Delta. We will pass through idyllic, rural scenes until we arrive at My Tho, a peaceful town on the bank of the Mekong River, where we will visit the Vinh Trang Pagoda.

Continuing the journey on the river until reaching Unicorn Island), from here taking a horse cart to reach a performance site where Vietnamese traditional music can be heard and seasonal tropical fruit can be tasted (included).Afterward, being on a small hand-rowing boat (the main mean of transportation in My Tho & Ben Tre) and slowly cruising through a small creek with beautiful overhanging coconut trees. Lives from both sides of the creek can be observed.
Before heading to lunch, passing through bee-keeping farm and enjoying honey tea, a typical Mekong house can be viewed here.
Continue travelling to learn coconut candies making process from a workshop. Sample of candies can be tasted.
Back to Ho Chi Minh city.
