Day 01: Hanoi – arrival

Meals: No meal Welcome to Vietnam. Upon arrival at Hanoi Airport, obtain your Vietnam visa and then clear Immigration and Customs. After collecting your baggage, exit the airport to meet outside a local Guide. Settle in and enjoy the rest of day at leisure. Pick up for dinner, then drop off at your hotel. Stay overnight in Hanoi.

Day 02: Hanoi – Sapa – Cat Cat village

Meals: Breakfast, Kosher dinner with fish at hotel 6h30-7h00: transfer to Sapa by sharing limousine. On arrival, meet local guide and visit Cat Cat Village remaining unique customs and practices that are lots in other villages. Visitors to Cat Cat have an opportunity to admire a lively and colorful picture. That is the image of young women sitting by looms with colorful pieces of brocade decorated with designs of flowers and birds. When these pieces of brocade are finished, they are dyed and embroidered with beautiful designs. A noteworthy is that H’Mong women use plants and leaves to dye these brocade fabrics. And then they roll around and smooth section of wood covered with wax on fabrics to polish them, making their colors durable. In addition to the brocade weaving craft, many residents in Cat Cat are good at manipulating gold and silver jewelry. Their products are fairly sophisticated, especially jewelry for women. Day 03: Sapa – Lao Chai Ta Van –Fansipan Mount with cable car

Meals: Breakfast, Kosher dinner with fish at hotel Travel on road down the valley from Sapa about 07 kilometers to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai. It is a nice ride in itself with great views of the lush terraces. In this village which you will have a welcome feeling at any house of the hospitable people there. You can interact them, learn about their culture and customs. From there, you will just follow the valley for a few miles to the next town of Ta Van. Along the way, you will walk through terraced rice fields and among some picturesque villages, and experience a bit of rural life. Ta Van is a village of Giay people, who look more like the traditional Viet living the Red delta. As you walk through different hill tribe villages (Hmong and Dao people), it’s helpful to have a guide to explain customs or practices to you and perhaps translate. You’re sure to see other tourists on the trail (which puts many people off), but this is a good example of the many great treks in the area. You will be transferred to the Sapa Cable Station for very amazing trip to Indochina’s Rooftop – Mount Fanxipan by cable car. This is particularly interesting in these northern mountains of the country, where travelers seek the rice terraces and traditional arts of a minority peoples. Cultivating the land to an altitude of around 2,200 meters are the ethnic minorities the lowland Vietnamese generically call ‘Meo’ – savages – and above them looms the bulk of Hua Xi Pan: “giant protruding rock”. You can challenge yourself when hiking 600 stone stairs more to reach the rocky peak of The Roof of Indochina. Below you spread the foothills of the Himalayas, blanketed with rainforest and the first tendrils of fog. Stay overnight in Sapa.  

Day 04: Sapa – Heaven gate- silver waterfall – Hanoi

  Meal provided: Breakfast, visit Silver Waterfall. About 12km from Sapa town’s center, Silver Waterfall is formed by sources of water from the Lo Sui Tong Mountain peak. With a height of 100 meter, it is a big one and the loop track is steep and scenic. From there you can see stunning view of the surrounding mountains and the last forests belonging to Hoang Lien Son National Park. After that, the highest peak of roads in Vietnam Heaven Gate (Tram Ton Pass). From there you can see Fansipan, the highest peak of Indochina mountains as well as enjoy stunning views of Binh Lu valley. Aside from magnificent views, you can feel a bizarre thing in how dramatically the climate changes. And visit Sapa Church, the ancient church is known as stone church or the Holy Rosary church which is located in the heart of Sapa town built by the French from the early 20th century. The shape and architecture of the church was built by cross. This architecture presented in the roof, bell tower… which created the elegant church. get into the car and drive back to Hanoi.  Check in hotel. Stay overnight in Hanoi.    

Day 05: Hanoi full day city tour

  Meal provided: Breakfast Start a new day by visiting Ho Chi Minh Complex, an important place of pilgrimage. A traffic-free area of botanical gardens, monuments, memorials and pagodas, it’s usually crowded with groups of all ages, from all over the nation, who has come to pay their respects. Within the complex you can visit Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, Ba Dinh Square, the Presidential Palace, Ho Chi Minh’s Stilt House, Ho Chi Minh Museum Closed by, the famous One Pillar Pagoda which is built of wood on a single stone pillar 1.25 m in diameter. It is designed to resemble a lotus blossom, which is a Buddhist symbol of purity, since a lotus blossoms in a muddy pond. Continue to visit the Temple of Literature (Vietnamese name is Quoc Tu Giam) – The Vietnam’s first University, which was built in 1070 in honor of Confucius, his followers and Chu Van An, a moral figure in Vietnamese education. visit Vietnam Museum of Ethnology. Almost no foreign tourists to Hanoi refuse to visit the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, where they can look into a vivid picture of the miniaturized Vietnamese ethnic community’s life. Keep driving to visit the Hoa Lo prison which was a prison used by the French colonists in Vietnam for political prisoners, and later by North Vietnam for prisoners of war during the Vietnam War when it was sarcastically known to American prisoners of war as the “Hanoi Hilton”. Then, take cyclo to visit Hanoi Old Quarter – 36 streets and guilds to discover the ancient feature of Hanoi and daily life. Stay overnight in Hanoi  

Day 06: Shabbat walking around the lake

Day 07: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay

Meals: Breakfast, buffet Lunch, Dinner Note: The itinerary is subject to change without notice, in accordance with the weather and other operating conditions. 08.00-08.30: You will be picked up at your hotel and transferred to Ha Long (For guests booking Limousine Bus for group size under 6 pax). 11:30-12:00: Upon arrival at Tuan Chau International Cruise Port, you will enjoy a warm welcome by our cruise staff in the waiting lounge and complete check-in procedure. 12:00 Upon boarding your Ha Long Cruise, our crew welcome you with a refreshing drink and cold towel before checking your cabin. The vessel leaves Tuan Chau Marina, taking you on an exciting journey to discover the beauty of Ha Long Bay. Along the way, you can enjoy the view of some of the most beautiful spots in Ha Long and admire the grandeur of the Bay with thousands of limestone islands while the vessel heads to Luon Cave & Titop Island. Enjoy your lunch at our luxurious restaurant on board while the vessel cruises toward Luon Cave. 14.00: You return to your cabin for a short rest and prepare for kayaking activities in Luon Cave. Arriving at Luon Cave area, you will participate in kayaking or rafting here around the thousand-year-old rock formations. 16.00: You will be transferred to Titop Island by tender. Visit Titop Island and hike to the top for stunning views of Ha Long Bay, or have a fun swim in the clear blue water. 17.30-18.00: Back on board, you will participate in Sunset party & cooking class while the vessel cruises toward the shore. You can enjoy relaxing moments while sipping a cup of traditional Vietnamese tea or coffee on the sundeck amid wonderful scenery and beautiful sunset. Ha Long Bay is calm during the day, but when the sun goes down, the Bay becomes even more tranquil and peaceful. Day 08: Ha Long Bay – Ha Noi

Meals: Breakfast, buffet Brunch on cruise Note: The itinerary is subject to change without notice, in accordance with the weather and other operating conditions. 06.15: Start your day with Tai Chi class on the sundeck. 06.30-07.00 Enjoy a light breakfast with coffee, tea, cake and fruit. 07.30 Exploring Sung Sot cave. This is one of the largest and most beautiful caves in Ha Long Bay. The cave has some unique rock formations which couldn’t be found anywhere else. The path to the mouth of Sung Sot Cave is under a canopy of leaves. Walking through steep stone steps, tourists may have the feeling of climbing on mountains and experience the excitement as if they are stepping to the sky. 08.30-09.30 Back on board, you can rest in your room, enjoy the herbal foot bath prepared by our crew, sunbathe on the sundeck, take pictures of Ha Long Bay or shop for souvenirs on the boat. 09.30 Check-out time. Please put your luggage outside your cabin and leave the room key at the reception desk. Our staff will transfer your luggage to the waiting area. While waiting, you can shop for some products of Amanda cruise. 10.00 Enjoy an early buffet lunch at the restaurant on the 2nd floor and settle the bills if any. 11.00 Arrival at Tuan Chau Marina. Day 9: Hanoi – Trang An – Incense Village – Hanoi

Meals: Breakfast, Start for Trang An eco-tourism attraction. You will be amazed by neglected area while having boat trip through cave chains: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, Sinh Cave…experiencing mysterious views of the so-called “Ha Long Bay in land”. Get back to the bus and then return to Hanoi for Incense Village. Visiting Quang Phu Cau incense village, you’ll experience a lively atmosphere as artisans skillfully engage in their tasks. The sounds of bamboo splitting and machines whirring blend with the fragrant aroma of incense, creating a unique ambiance. Each stick of incense is crafted with care, from cutting and dyeing to shaping and packaging, showcasing the dedication of the artisans. They select high-quality materials like agarwood, pine, and patchouli, ensuring that every product reflects their passion and tradition. Stay overnight in Hanoi.  

Day 10: Hanoi departure
