Doi Inthanon and Wachirathan waterfall
Doi Inthanon National Park is South-West of Chiang mai. The geographical features of the National Park consist of high mountain including Doi Inthanon, which is the highest mountain in Thailand (2,565.3341 meters above sea level) Doi Inthanon is the source of many waterfalls and river. The forest in the park is one of the country’s very significance and valuable heritage. Forest included Moist Evergreen Forest, Pine Forest, and Mixed deciduous forest, worth in economic like teak and mountain pine. The mountain were home of animal and hill tribe.
Itinerary
08:00 am pick up at your hotel lobby.
- Continue to Doi Inthanon National Park by South-West of Chiang mai.
- Visit Wachirathan Waterfall
- Summit Doi Inthanon at 2,565.3341 meter above sea level, walk in the cloud forest along the wooden trail in the ancient forest.
- The Twin pagoda. It not the temple and we can go in the pagoda. We built for 60 years anniversary of the King and the Queen.
- Hmong hill tribe market, test some dries fruit.
- Then lunch at local restaurant
- 2 hours hiking downhill through the rain forest visit Pha Dok Siaw waterfall that hidden in forest, terrace rice field, Arabica coffee plantation. Arrive to white Karen hill tribe village, test homemade coffee and chat with them. If you want!!
- Karen hill tribe village and experience their culture, test local coffee.
Back to the hotel.
